Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CounterPick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. CounterPick reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Description of Service

CounterPick is a free, browser-based educational tool that provides hero counter-pick recommendations, ban suggestions, perk guides, and strategy information for Overwatch 2. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. CounterPick does not guarantee any specific in-game outcomes as a result of using its recommendations.

The Service operates entirely in the user's web browser and does not require account registration. No personal data is required to use the core functionality of the tool.

Permitted Use

You may use CounterPick for personal, non-commercial purposes. Specifically, you are permitted to:

Overwatch 2, hero names, ability names, and game mechanics referenced on this site are the intellectual property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. CounterPick is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Blizzard Entertainment in any way. No copyrighted game assets (images, audio, or proprietary data) are used on this site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CounterPick is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information provided will be accurate, complete, or current. Game balance changes frequently; always verify recommendations against the latest official Overwatch 2 patch notes.

CounterPick's recommendations are suggestions based on community data and mechanical analysis. They are not a guarantee of in-game success. Results depend on individual player skill, team coordination, and many other factors beyond hero selection.

Limitation of Liability
