CounterPick is a free, browser-based tool that provides hero counter-pick recommendations, team composition strategies, and gameplay tips for Overwatch 2. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use CounterPick only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service's operation
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
- Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's content without permission
- Misrepresent the Service as an official Blizzard Entertainment product
4. Intellectual Property
The CounterPick website design, scoring algorithms, strategy content, and original text are the property of CounterPick. Overwatch 2, hero names, hero images, and map names are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and are used under fair use for informational purposes.
5. No Warranty
CounterPick is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Hero data will always be current with the latest game patch
- Counter-pick recommendations will guarantee match victories
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CounterPick be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You use CounterPick at your own risk.
7. Third-Party Content
CounterPick may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of CounterPick after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
